Changing or canceling an invoice
Cancel an invoice — including for ineligible incidental costs or costs you want to drop due to a dispute:
- Open Details page for the trip
- Tap “View invoice”
- Scroll to bottom of invoice
- Tap “"Cancel"”
Change an invoice— submit new invoice to replace existing one: Open the Details page for the trip Tap “View invoice” Select “Start a new invoice” Note: If you take no action within 72 hours on a disputed invoice, it’ll auto-escalate to customer support for review and resolution.
