Changing or canceling an invoice

  • Cancel an invoice — including for ineligible incidental costs or costs you want to drop due to a dispute:

    • Open Details page for the trip
    • Tap “View invoice
    • Scroll to bottom of invoice
    • Tap “"Cancel"”
  • Change an invoice— submit new invoice to replace existing one: Open the Details page for the trip Tap “View invoice” Select “Start a new invoiceNote: If you take no action within 72 hours on a disputed invoice, it’ll auto-escalate to customer support for review and resolution.
