Setting up an account to get paid​

  • We’ll prompt you to verify identity and set up payout account through Stripe when you list your first vehicle
  • Stripe typically takes less than a minute to verify a new account
  • Stripe will notify you if it needs additional documentation or more time to review your account
  • If Stripe asks for more information, take these steps:
    • Return to listing flow
    • Tap “Finish listing”
    • Provide requested documentation
  • You must enter your direct deposit information to receive earnings payment
  • Stripe stores payout account information securely; Resortifi doesn’t have access to it
  • Stripe, not Resortifi, verifies and establishes payout account
  • If you have repeated difficulty getting your account verified, chat with a support agent who’ll contact Stripe on your behalf
  • If Stripe needs more time to verify your account, we’ll notify you when verification is complete
