Vehicle impounds

You can charge a guest for the cost of having your vehicle towed and impounded but not for storage fees beyond 72 hours.

How to manage an impound

  • Within 24 hours: Contact customer support to report impound
  • Within 72 hours: Pick up your vehicle — you can’t charge your guest for excessive storage fees from an impound lot
  • Within seven days: Contact customer support with all relevant documentation to charge your guest for towing and impound costs

Note: Towing and impound costs can’t be submitted via a reimbursement invoice. Doing so would put you at risk of incurring a violation fee. You must contact customer support.
