Power Host program requirements
Power Hosts are our most responsible, reliable, and experienced hosts who consistently set an example for other Resortifi hosts. The Power Host program provides enhanced support and perks to these exceptional hosts so they can more easily offer excellent guest service.
If you meet the following performance requirements* for a period of three or more months, we may invite you to the Power Host program:
- Meet All-Star Host requirements
- Have at least three active vehicles on Resortifi during the past 365 days with at least one completed trip on each
- Earn $10,000+ during the past 365 days

Business insights
Power Hosts get access to personal business insights via an exclusive, web-only feature accessible via the link (link). Learn how you’re doing across multiple business metrics over time with help of data visualisation. See how many times your listing has been viewed and monitor its booking conversion rate. Use the performance benchmarking tool to see how your vehicles compare with the same models or similar cars from Resortifi hosts in your area.
Host Success Manager Power Hosts receive a direct introduction to a Host Success Manager who’ll share expert, data-based advice for improving business efficiency and increasing profitability.
Power Host early access and business pilot programs
Power Hosts are the first to access new features and exclusive business pilot programs.
Prioritisation email for Support and Claims
Power Hosts benefit from a prioritised email inbox, faster response times, and case resolutions overseen by a specially trained team. Tap or click “Contact Us” at the bottom of the page, and we’ll automatically route your message to Power Host Support or Power Host Claims. Our system recognises designated Power Hosts, so there is no need to identify yourself when you submit your email.

Note: Remember, you can use the claims dashboard to easily check the status of a claim managed by Resortifi or to escalate an issue you've been unable to resolve directly with a guest. You can create and send invoices for guest reimbursement of post-trip costs for missing fuel, additional distance, tickets, and tolls. You can also report smoking and cleaning issues and late returns in the app.
*Resortifi reserves the right to update our Power Host requirements from time to time without prior notice. If you violate our Terms of Service or other policies we may remove you from the Power Host program. Violations may also result in removal from the Resortifi platform at our sole discretion.
