Power Host program requirements

Power Hosts are the most dependable, ambitious, and accomplished hosts on Resortifi. The Power Host program provides enhanced support and perks to these exceptional hosts so they can more easily offer excellent guest service.

If you meet the following performance requirements* for a period of three or more months, we may invite you to the Power Host program:

  • Meet All-Star Host requirements
  • Have at least three active vehicles on Resortifi during the past 365 days with at least one completed trip on each
  • Earn $20,000+ during the past 365 days

Business insights

Power Hosts get access to personal business insights via an exclusive, web-only feature accessible at (link). Learn how you’re doing across multiple business metrics over time with help of data visualization. See how many times your listing has been viewed and its booking conversion rate. Use the performance benchmarking tool to compare your vehicle with the same or similar vehicles from Resortifi hosts in your area.

Power Host support

Dedicated Power Host Support agents are available seven days a week to answer your questions and resolve issues. Use the “Contact Us” button at the bottom of this page to reach customer support. If prompted to enter an email address, use the email tied to your Resortifi account so we know you’re a Power Host. For time-sensitive issues, call (number) from the phone number tied to your Resortifi account and we’ll connect you with a Power Host Support agent, if available, for immediate help.

Power Host claims Power Hosts in Canada are supported by our dedicated Power Host Claims team. Remember, you can use the Claims dashboard to easily check the status of a claim managed by Resortifi or to escalate an issue you've been unable to resolve directly with a guest.

The Power Host Claims team is available Monday to Friday from 9am – 5pm Eastern Time (excluding holidays). Team members do their best to reply to emails within one business day and resolve your claim accurately in as little time as possible. Resolution time depends on the severity of the damage. You can help expedite your claim by providing all pre/post-trip photos and other requested documents as quickly as possible. This team can also assist If there were also non-damage issues that occurred during the trip.

After you report damage, we’ll automatically assign your claim to one of our Power Host Claims associates. Your associate will communicate with you via email, and the best way for you to be in touch with them is to reply in an email thread. You can schedule a phone call with your Power Host Claims associate via the link at the bottom of their emails.

Power Host windshield and tire repair For a Power Host’s claim for glass repair, we’ll pay up to a maximum of $100 per claim, without any applicable deductible. For tire repairs or replacement we'll pay up to a maximum of $200 per claim, without any applicable deductible.
