About “Book Instantly”

“Book Instantly” lets Resortifi’s system automatically accept trip requests for you. To successfully use this feature, keep your calendar updated and pay close attention to booking notices.

About “Book Instantly”

Resortifi automatically enables “Book Instantly” for all newly listed vehicles. Our system applies the setting to all available dates on your vehicle’s calendar at all locations where you’ve made your vehicle available. “Book Instantly” automatically accepts all trip requests that match your vehicle’s availability at the selected locations.

When “Book Instantly” is turned on, you’re unable to decline trip requests. You can turn off “Book Instantly” any time. Open your vehicle listing and choose Trip Preferences to access the setting.

Host responsibilities

You’re responsible for honoring trips received via “Book Instantly.” Canceling a trip with a guest triggers a $50 violation fee and can negatively impact your business. If you must cancel, notify your guest as early as possible and immediately cancel the trip in the system so your guest has ample time to rebook.

Note: You may not ask a guest to cancel for you. If you must cancel due to an emergency, contact customer support via the “Contact Us” button at the bottom of the page.

Restriction: UK vehicles that have “Book Instantly” enabled may not be listed as available on other platforms during overlapping periods of time.
