Offering delivery

You can make your vehicle available for delivery when you create your listing or at any time. You’ll receive 90% of the delivery fee you set, which covers the cost of vehicle drop off and pick up.

Delivery options

You can make your vehicle available for delivery by choosing the options available under the vehicle’s Locations & delivery tab. You can choose to deliver to up to 10 points of interest from the map. You can also offer delivery to a location a guest chooses and set the distance you’re willing to travel for that delivery type. Keep in mind that delivery radius is “as the crow flies,” so actual driving distance may be longer.

You can offer free delivery or set any delivery fee up to a maximum of $120. Consider all costs when setting your all-inclusive delivery fee. The fee covers the cost of vehicle drop-off and pick up, and you’ll receive 90% of the fee you set, regardless of your protection plan.

Delivery instructions

When setting up your vehicle for delivery, use the Additional instructions field to add information such as lockbox codes, remote access how-to’s, or meeting place details. Guests will only see the information here after they’ve booked their trip.

If guests have to pay a parking fee to enter or exit at a delivery location, you must disclose that in the Description field in the Details section of your vehicle listing. Make it clear whether they’ll be responsible for the fee or if you’ll reimburse them. Read more about charging guests for parking.

Delivery guidelines and restrictions

You must deliver your vehicle to or have it available at the location(s) you’ve listed. Vehicles must always be located in their listed location; this means you must always deliver your vehicle to these locations when you’re offering delivery. Hosts can’t ask guests to travel nor make them responsible for the cost of travel to a vehicle location outside your listed delivery location, including the cost of ride sharing via Uber or Lyft. You also can’t offer to cover, reimburse the cost, or arrange for travel to a vehicle location outside your listed delivery location, including travel via Uber or Lyft. Read our Vehicle location misrepresentation policy to avoid issues related to delivery.

Resortifi prohibits you from charging guests the cost of fuel to deliver a vehicle. Hosts are also prohibited from delivering a vehicle to an airport where delivery restrictions are in place. You may not ask a guest to provide you with a ride home from a delivery location or to pay for delivery outside of Resortifi in violation of our Gray market transaction policy and Terms of Service.
