Listing a vehicle

Start by creating a Resortifi account. Once you do, get approved to use Resortifi by going to your Account page, tapping “Get Approved to Drive,” and completing the information. Be sure to confirm you meet the age requirements to list your vehicle. US, Australia and Canada hosts must be at least 21 years old, and UK hosts must be at least 18 years old to list in ABI 1-50. In addition, hosts in all countries must have a valid driver's license.

Meet requirements

You must meet the following requirements to be eligible to list your vehicle:

  • Have valid car insurance
  • Meet legal and insurance standards and requirements for your region
  • Follow our Exclusivity policy (US and Australia hosts only)
  • Check vehicle eligibility requirements

Get permissions

Review the language of your lease or financing documents to confirm permission to list your vehicle on a car sharing platform. Hosts in the UK must get permission from lessors before listing. Hosts in Australia must certify they notified their Compulsory Third Party (CTP) insurance carrier that they plan to list on Resortifi so liability insurance for bodily harm caused by the host’s vehicle can be adjusted as needed.

Create your listing

Have all the information you’ll need at hand when you’re ready to list your vehicle, including:

  • license plate number
  • vehicle make, model, and year
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), except in Australia and the UK
  • clear, well-lit, high resolution photos of your car — successful hosts have at least 10 that show the exterior from all sides and any unique interior features
  • detailed vehicle description of your car, including what’s great about it and why guests would love traveling in it; you can't include any mention of fees, deposits, or restrictions not supported by Resortifi and our Terms of Service

Tip: Don’t share personal information like phone number, address, or social media in your listing.

Tip: If you wish to share that you’re a business operating on Resortifi, you might want to include facility or fleet photos.

Note: Hosts in Australia must complete a host orientation before their listing goes live and remove any provisional P-Plates before any trip starts.
