Managing scheduled messages

Create templates for frequently used messages and schedule them to send at key communication points, such as when a guest books, starts, or ends their trip.

  • Create a new scheduled message template:
    • Go to Messages on Resortifi.com or Inbox in the app
    • Tapor “Manage my scheduled messages
    • Tap “Create new template” and complete fields
    • Tap “Create template” to save
  • Edit an existing template:
    • Tap Templates tab and select message you want to edit from list
    • Tap “Save” at the bottom when you’re done making changes
  • Delete an existing template:
    • Tap Templates tab and select message you want to delete from list
    • Scroll to bottom and tap “Delete template
  • Turn a scheduled message on or off:
    • Tap Templates tab
    • Use toggle to turn individual message on/off
    • Confirm “Turn on message” or “Turn off message” to save setting
  • View or manage upcoming scheduled messages for booked trips:
    • Tap Automations tab to see chronological list of scheduled messages
    • Tap “Scheduled” beside message you want to edit
    • Choose to “Send now,” “Skip,” or “Skip all remaining
    • Note: Times referenced in Automations list show in the trip's time zone
