Managing scheduled messages
Create templates for frequently used messages and schedule them to send at key communication points, such as when a guest books, starts, or ends their trip.
- Create a new scheduled message template:
- Go to Messages on Resortifi.com or Inbox in the app
- Tapor “Manage my scheduled messages”
- Tap “Create new template” and complete fields
- Tap “Create template” to save
- Edit an existing template:
- Tap Templates tab and select message you want to edit from list
- Tap “Save” at the bottom when you’re done making changes
- Delete an existing template:
- Tap Templates tab and select message you want to delete from list
- Scroll to bottom and tap “Delete template”
- Turn a scheduled message on or off:
- Tap Templates tab
- Use toggle to turn individual message on/off
- Confirm “Turn on message” or “Turn off message” to save setting
- View or manage upcoming scheduled messages for booked trips:
- Tap Automations tab to see chronological list of scheduled messages
- Tap “Scheduled” beside message you want to edit
- Choose to “Send now,” “Skip,” or “Skip all remaining”
- Note: Times referenced in Automations list show in the trip's time zone
