Report a smoking issue​

Use the Resortifi app to report smoking. Send photos taken within the allotted timeframe and submit your report within 72 hours after a trip ends.

How to report a smoking issue In host mode, open Trips and choose the trip with the smoking issue

  1. On the trip’s Details page, tap "Report Issue"
  2. Select “Smoking violation”
  3. Tap “Add photos” to upload photos or take pre- and post-trip photos; Resortifi Go hosts can attach post-trip photos only
  4. Write a message to customer support (optional)
  5. Tap “Report issue” and “Confirm”
    Note: You have up to 72 hours after a trip ends to report a smoking issue; however, your pre- and post-trip photos must be taken and uploaded within 24 hours of trip start and 24 hours of trip end and all photos must be submitted with your report. We won’t process reports with missing photos or photos taken outside the prescribed timeframe.
